Free Shipping on 8 or More Pedicure Spa Chairs

Orders containing 8 or more qualifying Trilex Chair Pedicure Spa Chairs may qualify for free standard shipping within eligible areas of the continental United States.

The free shipping offer applies to qualifying Pedicure Spa Chair orders only. Customers must meet the minimum quantity requirement of 8 Pedicure Spa Chairs per order.

Orders containing fewer than 8 Pedicure Spa Chairs may be subject to applicable shipping charges unless a separate shipping promotion or written quotation from Trilex Chair states otherwise.

What Products Qualify for Free Shipping?

The free shipping offer is specifically intended for qualifying Trilex Chair Pedicure Spa Chairs.

To qualify, the order must contain at least 8 eligible Pedicure Spa Chairs and must be shipped to an eligible delivery location.

Shipping eligibility is determined by the product type, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements associated with the order.

Products Not Eligible for Free Shipping

The free shipping offer does not apply to the following products unless Trilex Chair provides a separate written shipping offer:

• Technician Chairs
• Technician Stools
• Customer Chairs
• Salon Furniture
• Reception Furniture
• Cabinets
• Pedicure Carts
• Other Interior or Furniture Products
• Accessories and individual products
• Replacement parts

Combining non-qualifying products with 8 or more Pedicure Spa Chairs does not automatically make the entire order eligible for free shipping.

Shipping charges for non-qualifying products may be calculated separately based on the product, quantity, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping Locations and Eligible Areas

Free shipping is available only to eligible delivery locations within the United States and is subject to Trilex Chair's shipping terms and destination requirements.

Certain states, remote areas, extended delivery areas, islands, or locations that require special transportation services may not qualify for standard free shipping.

Additional shipping charges may apply to locations where standard freight delivery is not available or where special transportation services are required.

Remote Areas, Islands, and Special Delivery Locations

Free shipping does not necessarily apply to islands, remote delivery locations, or areas requiring additional transportation services.

Additional charges may apply for locations requiring services such as special freight handling, extended-area delivery, lift-gate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, ferry transportation, or other special transportation services.

Trilex Chair reserves the right to determine whether a delivery location qualifies for free shipping based on the actual destination and freight requirements.

Shipping Surcharges and Additional Delivery Fees

Although an order may meet the minimum quantity requirement for free shipping, additional charges may apply when the destination or delivery requirements fall outside standard freight service.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

• Remote-area delivery fees
• Island delivery fees
• Extended-area delivery fees
• Lift-gate service charges
• Residential delivery charges
• Inside delivery charges
• Special handling charges
• Ferry or special transportation charges
• Expedited shipping charges
• Other carrier-imposed fees

Any applicable additional shipping charges may be quoted or confirmed before shipment.

Standard Freight Shipping

Free shipping, when applicable, refers to standard freight transportation under the shipping method selected or arranged by Trilex Chair.

Free shipping does not automatically include expedited delivery, inside delivery, residential delivery, installation, unloading, assembly, or other special delivery services unless specifically stated in writing.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the complete shipping address, contact information, and any special delivery requirements known at the time of order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in additional charges, delivery delays, or re-delivery fees.

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery and document any visible shipping damage before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing both qualifying Pedicure Spa Chairs and non-qualifying products are evaluated based on the individual products and shipping requirements.

Purchasing 8 or more Pedicure Spa Chairs does not automatically make furniture, Technician Chairs, Customer Chairs, accessories, or other non-qualifying products eligible for free shipping.

Trilex Chair may separate shipping charges for products that are not included in the free shipping offer.

Commercial and Nail Salon Orders

Trilex Chair's free shipping program is particularly suitable for commercial orders involving multiple Pedicure Spa Chairs, including nail salons, beauty salons, spa businesses, and professional salon projects.

For large salon projects or multiple-location orders, customers are encouraged to contact Trilex Chair for a customized shipping quotation before placing the order.

Confirm Your Shipping Eligibility

Shipping eligibility depends on the product, order quantity, delivery destination, and applicable freight requirements.

If you are purchasing 8 or more Pedicure Spa Chairs, contact Trilex Chair before placing your order to confirm whether your delivery location qualifies for free standard shipping.

Trilex Chair reserves the right to confirm, modify, or exclude free shipping based on the actual delivery destination and transportation requirements.
