Refund policy

All products can be returned within 2 weeks of the date that they are received by the customer. This means that the package for return must be postmarked within 14 days of arrival date to the customer. Please keep all original box/boxes. YOU MUST CONTACT US via email [email protected] IN ADVANCES FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for both directions of shipment, as well as a 25% restocking fee. Please choose wisely – these costs can add up on a return.

Speciallly Furniture/Pedicure Spa chair is delivered, they can not be returned. If you have damage to your piece(s) during delivery, call Customer Service at 877-522-7778. See note above for damage instructions.
